It begins when the clay is dug up by a large digger which
deposits the material onto a metal grid where the clay is smashed in smaller
pieces. In this case, it is assisted by a roller. After this, the clay is mixed
with sand and water and is translated to a mould or a wire cutter which its
outcomes are the bricks ready for the next stage.
The following stage is associated to the drying and cooler
process. First, the bricks are heated during 24-48 hours in a drying oven, then
are moved to a device called “kiln” where the bricks are much heated up to
1300c. Next the bricks are cooled ranging from 2 to 3 days. Finally, the bricks
are packaged and delivered to their destinations.
